Some parents may be confronted with gingival bleeding of their children, but they feel indifferent to it because they feel that this is normal. They should know that there are several reasons for it, but the most important is the” periodontal disease”. Gingival bleeding is one of the common symptoms of periodontal disease. Gingival bleeding is often due to the lack of proper removal of plaque from the teeth in the gum line, which leads to gingival inflammation. However, bleeding in the gums may be associated with serious illnesses, such as leukemia and disruption of coagulation and platelet disorders. In these conditions, it is usually easy to bleed or bruise anywhere in the body.

Non-Hodgkings Lymphoma by Effiong Edet Bassey in IPDOAJ - Lupinepublishers

Lymphoma is the general term for cancers that develop in the lymphatic system. Lymphoma originates in developing lymphocytes (B-cells and T-cells), which have undergone a malignant change. They multiply without any proper order, forming tumors, which are collections of cancer cells. These tumors cause swelling in the lymph nodes and other parts of the body. Over time, malignant lymphocytes (called lymphoma cells) crowd out normal lymphocytes and eventually the immune system becomes weakened and can no longer function properly.

White and beautiful pearls that appear for the first time in the sixth month on the lower gingiva are the primary teeth that erupt after one another until the age of two. These teeth should remain in the mouth without any problem until the eruption of the permanent teeth so that have the proper function. Unfortunately, many children lose their teeth much sooner than the time they should naturally fall.

Strategies for Reducing Dental Stress in Children by Karimi in IPDOAJ - Lupinepublishers

The dental office for children has always been scary and eerie. The reason for this fear is the lack of mental fitness of children towards the dental health environment. Unknown instruments, scary sounds of dental devices, and sometimes seeing others’ fears during dental procedures would affect the child’s mind; and creates fear within them. No research has pointed to the definitive causes of anxiety and stress, but some studies have shown that the bad experience of dental treatments associated with pain is one of the most common in this case.
